This policy explains what personal data PT Aplikasi Mahakarya Digital ("AKMEFORGE", "we") collects through this website, our client work and our applications, and how we handle it in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
01What we collect
When you contact us by email or phone we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. This website does not use advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
02How we use it
To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and maintain the work you engage us for, invoice, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
03Client systems
When we build or operate software for a client, the client decides what data that software processes. We act as processor on their behalf, access their data only as needed to do the work, and follow the terms agreed in the engagement.
04Our applications
Applications we publish, including Wealthier, carry their own privacy notice describing the data they handle. Where an app has none, this policy applies.
05Sharing and storage
We share data only with service providers we need to operate (hosting, email, accounting), under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside Indonesia; when they do, we rely on safeguards permitted by Indonesian law. We keep enquiry and project records for as long as the relationship lasts and as long afterwards as tax and legal rules require.
06Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Write to hello@akmeforge.co and we will respond within the period required by law.
07Changes
We will post any update on this page with a new effective date.
