02 — How an engagement runs
Launch is a date in the plan. Support is the year after it.
- Weeks 1–2 Scope A written scope, the architecture and a fixed delivery date.
- Weeks 3–12 Build Working software every two weeks on a staging environment you can open.
- Launch week Launch Production deploy, data moved across, code and credentials handed over.
- Months 1–12 Operate Monitoring, backups, security updates and fixes, included.

A personal finance command center for people who would rather watch their wealth ahead of time than reconstruct it afterwards. We build our own product for the same reason we maintain every client build: running it keeps us honest.
